From the moment Denise took over responsibility for my care, she made me feel like a person, not a patient.I was her complete focus.She took the time to explain every single thing that was happening to me.She told me what each bag, shot, blood work, medicine was.If something was happening to my body, it was explained thoroughly and in a way I clearly understood.She knew I smoked, knew I was in severe pain, so she waited outside another patient's room on the doctor to make sure I got orders for pain medication and a Nicoderm patch.She massaged my calf muscles during my muscle spasm episode.Denise taught me how to use room service, and then held back my hair when I was sick.She made me feel special and she genuinely cared for and was concerned for me.I pay her this one compliment that is the highest compliment I could give another individual, she treated me and cared for me like my own mother would have, and to top all that off, I wasn't her only patient.Thank you Denise!
