Sister Denise Skeete cared for my father as he attended ward 32 for an angiogram. We were welcomed in a cheerful, warm manner. The care was exceptional. Professional, respectful, and with patience. No question was a bother, and no request was too much. She communicated clearly with my father and me. Everything was done promptly in preparation for the angiogram, and there was no delay in the procedure. The recovery experience was wonderful. Denise taught another staff member to remove my dad's radial sheath with patience and a caring attitude. My dad was discharged without any delay. We were so impressed with Denise and her staff, who followed her attitude and gave care themselves with attentiveness, professionalism, and care. Thank you, Sister Denise.
