Denise was an AMAZING nurse for my mother today! The CNA did not always answer her calls, but Denise was always right there to help my mom go to the bathroom, change her diaper, and help her sit up. My mom has pneumonia. Denise always did every job with a smile and in a caring and respectful manner for the patient. She always asked, "is there anything else I can do for you?" So kind. I had the entire day to observe her nursing skills. She was very patient with my mother and believe me, my mother can be quite demanding! So sorry!! But thank you for still providing excellent care for our loved one! I really appreciated Denise today!
