I went to the ER after falling off my bike on a Mountain Bike Trail. After arriving at the facility and receiving a warm welcome from the staff, the nurse attended me throughout the entire procedure with patience and a joyful attitude since they could notice how anxious I was (not a fan of ER). The nurse explained step by step the treatment I was going to receive and all the testing that they were going to do on me. They checked on me frequently and made sure I felt comfortable the entire night. I definitely felt I was a priority, and they made sure to explain to my fiance how to take care of my wounds at home. With their positive attitude and good vibes, this nurse made the visit one that I would like all patients to receive. I felt like I was home getting the best treatment. Huge shout out to this nurse! Thank you for the great treatment you gave us! We need more nurses like you!

My nurse provided me with excellent service and outstanding care, took care of my needs right away, made me feel comfortable, and was really patient with me and understanding overall. They had an amazing spirit, and even though the nurse was tired and having a rough day with the systems shutting down and work overall, they were very encouraging and sweet and helped me a lot.
