Denise took it upon herself to wash my mom’s hair, brush it, and braid it. Denise went above and beyond with that small act of kindness. She treats my mother like she’s her own mom and is so gentle and kind, giving her constant attention.
My mom was admitted to the ICU and although it has been a scary situation for us, Denise has been an absolutely incredible nurse. She truly represents what a nurse is: caring, calm, smart, and comforting. In these difficult times, Denise brings peace to her patients and visitors. We are so grateful for her love and care for my mom. Her passion is evident, and the world needs to know who she is. Thank you Denise, from the bottom of our hearts.

Denise has been extremely professional, gentle, and understanding with my mother, who was intubated for nearly two weeks. Denise went above and beyond to ensure that my mother never felt like she needed anything. On one occasion, I was talking to my mother when Denise’s shift started, and I saw the look in my mother’s eyes when she saw that Denise would be her nurse for the day. It is individuals like Denise who give patients like my mother the extra energy they need to act through a time like this.

My mother was admitted to the ICU nearly one week ago, and it wasn’t until yesterday that Denise took it upon herself to wash my mom’s hair, brush it, and braid it. That was something I had been wanting to do but didn’t know was an option, given the risk of washing her hair around so many tubes. Denise went above and beyond with that small act of kindness. She treats my mother like she’s her own mom and is so gentle and kind, giving her constant attention. Denise is an angel, and my family deeply appreciates her hard work and dedication. We were so lucky to have her by my mother’s side during the most difficult time of her children’s lives. We thank her and you all for hiring an amazing nurse.
