Denisha really showed our service standards 'love me' and 'make it easy' for a patient and family. The family was to be discharged home after a long stay but needed all meds filled beforehand. She was on the phone all day with pharmacy, making sure all went well. When she noticed that all the meds had not been filled and that some were over the counter, she ordered them from her own amazon account to make sure the family would receive them and continued to work on getting the other missing prescriptions. She physically picked them up for the family and didn't end up going home until 9 pm because she was determined to discharge this family. She went above and beyond for them, and it did not go unnoticed! They were so grateful for Denisha, and it's an honor to work with such a dedicated, caring nurse!
