While I was a patient the first night, my bed wouldn't stay inflated. She tried 2 or 3 times to fix it, but no luck. At 2 am, she said, "I'll check to see if they can bring a new one." Before 3 am, she showed up with a new bed and a mattress topper just in case. What an above-and-beyond mentality.
Most people would've probably side-stepped that project, but she also did it cheerfully. The whole night, I needed help with sitting up to use the urinal. She always answered the call button, waited right outside the door, and got me reset. Her patience and cheerfulness were genuine. She enjoys being a nurse.
She answered all my wife's questions even after I had asked them already. She was telling me how to exercise my feet to regain feeling, and it helped. Just an all-around above-and-beyond personality. I wanted to stay an extra night just to be pampered like that. Just kidding, I was ready to go. I wish her great success and hope she gets that tip jar I suggested.
