De'quanjah Wade, RN

De was one of several nurses who cared for my husband, but what stood out the most with De was her genuine desire to help and encourage his healing process from a massive stroke. De asked to be assigned to my husband's wing so he could be one of her patients week after week, and even went out of her way to check on him daily when he wasn't her patient. I know that she is fairly new to the nursing profession but I and my family are so grateful she chose to care for others, especially my husband. I know she will make a difference in the lives of other families like she has for ours and I see great things happening in her future!!
