On the night I was under Derek Cashel's care, I was feeling particularly unwell and more needy than usual. He was always timely and efficient in caring for me and helping me feel comfortable and important. It's easy to feel 'lost' in a big hospital, but Derek made me feel like I was getting exceptional care the entire time he was assisting. Thank you, Derek!

Derek was efficient; he made sure mom maintained her dignity when helping her. Mom especially recalled him always willing to help the tech, like nothing was too basic for his position. If he had time to offer to assist, he did. Thank you, Derek!
