One patient's dying wish included a special request sending her heartfelt gratitude to two Saint Agnes colleagues - one of whom is RN Derek Isaac - who cared for her in her final days. "You always lifted her spirits, and she looked forward to your visits," said the patient's friend, Derek's nominator. "Before passing away, she asked that I please send you this note with a big thank you' for the wonderful care you gave during her stay at Saint Agnes." Not only was Derek's love and dedication to the profession evident to this patient, but also that he cared about each individual patient, the nominator shared - "She was grateful you came into her life."
