While in the recovery room after a procedure, Derek was very conscientious, courteous and compassionate. He was very attentive to my situation. He is very knowledgable and answering my questions in clear and professional manor. He called me later at home after discharge to check on my status. I feel he did a phenomenpal job and deserves to be recognized.
