A patient shared the following in a letter of appreciation:
"Derrick arrived one day to do a blood drawing. He was very soft spoken, and I was quickly at ease. He is gentle and drew blood immediately, and I was very happy about that. He asked if I was eating and explained to me why I had to eat to help recuperate. Derrick advised me to do the exercises the therapists taught me and to make sure to rest in between. Most of all, he said if I had any concerns, to call the 800 number and 911 for an emergency. Thank you for the great people you hire."
