Derrion Wiliams, RN

From the first day we arrived on the 8th floor with my daughter being severely burned, Derrion Williams made us feel loved, important, and, most of all, comfortable. He was so professional from start to finish. Not only did he do his job well, but Mr. Williams also went over and beyond to make my daughter as comfortable as possible. He is a true definition of what I consider a blessing. He made us feel safe in an unfamiliar environment. Mr. Williams gave me pleasure in acknowledging that this was not just a job for him but was most definitely a passion. The genuine concern was definitely felt from the very day we encountered him. We cannot say thank you enough for having a person like this on the staff.
