Desane Charles, RN, BSN
I have had the pleasure of working with Desane over the past three and a half months in Research Medical Center’s COVID-19 vaccine clinic. Desane has selflessly volunteered for many clinics, far above her nursing school volunteer requirements. At each clinic, she comes with a positive, upbeat attitude ready to get to work, help her colleagues, and serve our patients. I’ve witnessed Desane’s kind and compassionate demeanor as she interacts with all types of patients. Desane is also the first to jump in to help train new vaccinators on the workflow of our clinic and administration techniques. I have full trust in Desane. She could run our clinics! Desane’s commitment to our patients and our organization is incredible. I would love to have Desane as a colleague. HCA is lucky to be gaining this incredible nurse!
