Desiree showed remarkable empathy! When I arrived at the Emergency department, I was anxious and alone. She swiftly dispelled my fears with kindness. Her encouraging words soothed my chest tightness and shortness of breath because I knew she would take good care of me. Constantly ensuring my well-being her selflessness shone brightly.

Desiree's unwavering support uplifted me, reminding me I'll overcome it. All that she and the doctor would do everything to help me. And her wiping her tears from my face shown she was humble and genuine which you don't see much anymore. She touched me more than she knew that morning. I knew that God had me in the right place at the right time with the right nurse and doctor. Thank you so much.
