Desiree is described as respectful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. As a preceptor and mentor she instills confidence in new RNs. As a leader and charge nurse she helped the 3E team win the 2014 President's Award. Every day she comes to work engaged and interested in her unit, colleagues and patients.
