Desiree Ransdell, RN

Desiree Ransdell is a breath of fresh air and greatly displays an energetic positive attitude. I only had brief encounters with Desiree for med administration but during that brief period, she made an impact. Desiree had kindness and sincerity about her that I could tell was genuine, not just a script of what to say or ask but she did her job because she has a true passion in caring for her patients. Even behind the mask I could tell she was authentically smiling. During the brief time of medication administration, she took the time and was very personable. She was not assigned to me but took the time to make sure I was comfortable physically, move trays for my reach, trash, anything that would make someone comfortable, and it also showed me she had respect for her coworkers and was happy to assist others. Desiree was sincere, kind and displayed dependably by her work. Desiree shows an example of providing care with love, service, and dignity.
