I am an out-of-state patient brought to MSC through the emergency as a result of a fall. Not only having to deal with health issues gone array and being in a totally unknown environment heightened my concerns. When I met this nurse her genuine care lifted my spirits, she showed compassion and understanding, and her care was confident. Her surefootedness was an inspiration to be strong and determined.
