Destini exhibits exceptional leadership skills in her role as an Associate Director for PFCC. She goes above and beyond to support our team. She advocates for our team and the things we find important in the workplace. She is kind, patient, and honest. She answers every question with respect, and when she does not have the answer, she will find it for us and follow up. She shows genuine interest in each of her direct reports and truly wants us all to succeed and be the best that we can be.
