Deven consistently puts others before himself. He is a knowledgeable and skilled RN. I have seen Deven in action several times. One of my favorite recollections is of the time Deven saw an elderly person carrying several bags. Even though Deven was on his way to get a quick bite to eat, he took the time to carry the bags for the elderly person all the way to his destination which was all the way at the other end of the hospital. As Deven was on his way back, he saw another distraught family member lost and again took the time to walk them to their destination. By the time he was done, his lunch was over and he needed to get back to relieve his co-worker. He is always kind like this. He also goes above and beyond. He stays late and does more than his fair share and never complains.
