Ms. Nelson has aided me, more than once, with snafus I've encountered with labs, appointments, and communications with my Mental Health doctor. She has always responded to my messages and has always been prompt in responding to voicemails, calls, etc. Ms. Nelson has a great attitude and is so helpful. A really great asset for my doctor, the VA, and patients!
