Devinder was phenomenal in working with the rehab facilities in the area. She was able to get us into a facility that was preferred by my uncle and family. The discharge planning by Devinder was excellent! She went the extra mile to make sure that our uncle got the best facility for post-hospital care.

My uncle does not have any immediate family in the area. Once we expressed that to Devinder, she took it upon herself to reach out to different facilities of our choice and get us the one we preferred. I would not be exaggerating by saying that she acted like family and friend at the same time to give us excellent service. Her patience with answering our phone calls and her professionalism is outstanding.
