Devon demonstrates amazing compassion to both my father and my family, spending time to explaining the plan of care, assist with coordinated care and educate my father in a simple way. She is knowledgeable about my father's history, present health status and informative of future tests. She went above and beyond to ask other caregivers to give our family updates. She is a great role model for all nurses.
