Devon "Forrest" Culver, RN

After his regular shift was over in the Operating Room one day, Forrest was spending a quiet night at home with his wife and four small children when the phone rang. Yes, it was the hospital looking for help. A small child had been involved in a very serious automobile accident and was heading to the OR. Although he was not on-call, but as he has done so many times before, Forrest put the needs of his community and of his patients ahead of his own personal convenience. He came into the hospital and truly helped save a life on that night.

This is not an isolated event for Forrest, when he hears a need he consistently responds. From delivering little babies in a hurry to arrive to being there in the middle of the night when organs are being donated, Forrest consistently goes beyond the call of duty.
