Dez is faithfully available to her patients and is a joy to work with, in that she makes the shift lighter with her humor and great energy. The patients love her and look forward to seeing her. Dez has great instincts and knows when to intervene on behalf of symptomatic patients. Dez picks up shifts to help the floor. I believe she embodies the gifts and talents a nurse should want to have which inspires others as well.
