Dharell has demonstrated that she is the epitome of her profession. The minute that I was first introduced to her, I could sense a nurse who took absolute pride, pleasure, and satisfaction in their job. It was after that Dharell was introduced as one of the RNs on my team. Then a positive change occurred in my health and level of care. Dharell is a true professional who is very concerned and takes her job seriously. I take great pride in nominating Dharell for this award!
