I had come to the ER at approximately 4 pm. After deciding what was causing me pain, they decided to admit me. I waited hours for a room and when I got to the room, I met Dharmesh. He was attentive, and confident and worked efficiently while he was asking me questions about myself and my life. I could sense he cared and he had a calming spirit as he engaged with me. I asked him to check for me on the results of my lab tests. He looked in the computer for me, which helped to calm my nerves. I appreciate what he did and was glad that he was working that night.
