Diana is always cheerful and happy to teach students all about compassionate caring practice.
One particular day, a student nurse was excited to go to a procedure with her patient. She waited two days to go, then while the student was at lunch, transport came and took the patient. Upon the student’s return, Diana explained that they came, and the student was very disappointed to miss this opportunity.
Diana called the procedure room, and because the patient had not gone to the procedure yet, the student was able to go. She walked the student to the procedure, not only one student, but two.
Diana is awesome! Because of her, our nursing students are gaining incredible learning experiences.
