Diana is so personable, friendly, caring, and gentle. She has such a calming way about her which put us at ease. She also has a sweet sense of humor! We never felt like she was in a hurry, we felt like we truly mattered to her. She spoke highly about her team and the community here at this hospital. She's a real gem!
