From the moment she introduced herself till the final time I saw her, Diana always had a positive attitude and outstanding bedside manner. As a 25-year-old who was in the hospital for heart complications, I was quite worried over my situation; Diana made me feel so much more at ease through her gentle approach. The way she explained anything that was going to happen moving forward and making sure that all the other nurses and/or staff explained/did what they had to do helped me to make sense of it all and feel like I was grounded in an environment that I have no knowledge in. Once or twice she even came in and asked if someone else's responsibility had been taken care of or if something was explained to me by someone. If it hadn't been done she made sure it was, she knew everything going on in my care protocol step by step and made sure everything was completed. If any hospital was filled with nurses like Diana, it would no doubt be one of the most renowned hospitals in the world! Diana routinely made her rounds and checked in on me after a while even if I didn't hit the call button, it made me realize that she is a true professional and made sure that the level of comfort and care her patients received was as satisfactory as possible.

Looking back on this whole experience and reflecting on everything that happened before, during, and after my stay, I truly feel blessed to have received such amazing care from such an amazing nurse. Diana is the ultimate combination of bedside manner, communication, and execution. She was always on top of everything that needed to be done, all business when she needed to be, and then very personable and comforting in moments of downtime. I could sit here and type for the 2 weeks that I'm not allowed to do much. Diana really was the highlight of my visit, and whenever looking back on this all, Diana will always come to mind because she played such a crucial role in comforting and caring for me. Diana was perfect!
