Diana Enriquez, RN
When I was moved from the ICU unit, I was feeling sad about leaving all the caring people that I had met there, but then Diana came in. She welcomed me with a warm smile and greeting. She made me feel as if I'd be at home in my new surroundings.
As the evening went on, she was in and out of my room several times, always willing to answer my questions and offer a solution. She was professional yet quite accommodating.
Another thing that impressed me was the way she introduced Christine, the patient care tech to me, along with the young lady who was shadowing her. She did so in a way that made me feel she was proud of them both. I'm sure it made them feel valued as employees. Diana is a true asset to Baylor's PCU unit.
