Diana was very tender-hearted and kind to my sister who is in end-stage pancreatic cancer. She took extra time to tidy her room and talk with us as a family and also provide extra comfort measures for my sister - positioning pillows and other things. She updated us on how my sister's procedure went and what they did. She worked with a team to settle my sister, started the pain pump right away and took her time and did extra comfort measures. She was detail-oriented, provided tissue to my mom when she cried and was always respectful, kind and considerate, answered all questions and looked out for the best interest of my sister. She was kind to her aides. She went above and beyond and stood out, she is so kind and tender-hearted, and we will never forget her care.
