My son was admitted for complications after surgery, but despite being in the hospital several days, there was no improvement. Every nurse did their job but nobody could figure out why he was not improving. Then Diana came in and said, "He should be getting better. Let me see what's going on." She examined and treated the wound closely, reviewed his record thoroughly and contacted his doctor- all the while keeping us abreast of his prognosis and explaining treatments and interventions.
Diana's compassion and dedication to excellent care was always apparent. We are grateful for her, for truly caring.
