I received some troubling news in the hospital. When Diana came into my room and introduced herself I began to cry. Even though Diana was busy she pulled up a seat next to my bed and asked me to share with her what was going on. She made me feel as though she cared about how I was doing. Such a small act made a great impact on my emotional well-being.
