Quiero nominar a Diana Lopez por su gran calidad humana y el cariño con el que cuidado a mi mama durante su estancia en el hospital. Además de atenderla con profesionalismo y dedicación, tuvo un gesto que marco la diferencia en su día.

Mi mama era muy friolenta y, lamentablemente, perdió su gorrito y su bufanda, posiblemente entre las sábanas al cambiar su cama. Estaba débil y con frio, pero Diana, con un gran corazón, decidió hacer algo especial por ella: fue y le compro un set de gorro y bufanda. Cuando llegue a verla, mi mama tenía una sonrisa en el rostro y me conto, emocionada, lo querida que se sentía con ese detalle.

Ese gesto no solo le brindo calor físico, sino también emocional. Diana hizo que mi mama se sintiera especial y consentida en un momento tan difícil. Gracias, Diana, por tu empatía, tu dedicación y por tratar a los pacientes con el amor que realmente necesitan.

My mom was very cold and unfortunately lost her hat and scarf, possibly between the covers when changing her bed. She was weak and cold, but Diana, with a big heart, decided to do something special for her. She went and bought a scarf and hat set. When I got to see her, my mom had a smile on her face, and she told me, excitedly, how loved she felt.  

That gesture not only provided her with physical warmth but also emotional warmth. Diana made my mom feel special and pampered at such a difficult time. Thank you, Diana, for your empathy, your dedication, and for treating patients with the love they truly need.
