Buenas tardes.

Quiero agradecerle enormemente su fina atención. Gracias por poner en práctica su verdadera vocación, su paciencia y dedicación. Me hizo sentir una paciente consentida, ya que con solo hablarme y escucharme me hizo sentir muy bien.

Uno, como paciente, llega al hospital deprimido, y encontrarse con ángeles como usted nos hace sentir queridos. Indudablemente, los ángeles en la tierra sí existen, aunque no tengan alitas. Y uno de esos ángeles es usted, llamada enfermera.

Solo quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento, ya que cada vez que me correspondía recibir mi medicamento, usted se tomaba el tiempo para explicarme detenidamente para qué era cada uno de ellos. También estuvo siempre muy atenta y, cuando necesitaba algo, acudía de inmediato.

En realidad, me quedan cortas las palabras para describirla, porque es una enfermera que brinda seguridad, protección, paz y cariño.

Felicidades por ser una noble y gran enfermera. Eternamente agradecidos con usted, en mi nombre y en el de toda mi familia.

Good afternoon.

I want to thank you enormously for your kind attention and for putting your true vocation into practice through your patience and dedication. You made me feel like a pampered patient. Simply by talking with me and listening to me, you made me feel so much better.

Patients often arrive at the hospital feeling scared or discouraged, and encountering angels like you makes us feel cared for and loved. Without a doubt, angels on earth do exist, even if they don't have wings. One of those angels is you—a nurse.

I simply want to express my deepest gratitude because every time you administered my medication, you took the time to carefully explain what each medication was for. You were also incredibly attentive, and whenever I needed something, you responded immediately.

Words truly fall short when trying to describe you because you are a nurse who provides comfort, security, protection, peace, and kindness.

Congratulations on being such a noble and wonderful nurse. My family and I will be forever grateful to you.
