Diana incredible beyond. She visited me this morning, visibly upset that I was back here, but her presence instantly brightened my day. She understands me deeply—noticed my weight loss, gray appearance, and pain immediately—and advocated for me when others wouldn’t.
Unlike the first two days, she contacted the doctor for issues I’d begged nurses to address, like my low blood sugar and Q6 Zofran. She sorted these quickly. She also questioned new medications I didn’t understand, seeking answers from the NP, who didn’t respond.
She respects my need for explanations before taking meds. She’s truly the best nurse I’ve had in two years—caring, attentive, and proactive about my pain. She ensures I’m never suffering unnecessarily and treats all her patients with the same care. If I could have her every day, I would. I couldn’t get through this without her.
She deserves all the daisies. She’s the ideal nurse; someone anyone would dream of having.
