Diana exhibited such kindness towards a family who was in the ICU and was dealing with end-of-life care and decisions towards their loved one diagnosed with COVID. Family was unable to come up, so Diana took the time to meet the family outside. The family said the care Diana provided was exceptional. She was kind, compassionate, empathetic.
