Diana Nguyen, RN
Diana was my nurse during my 2-night stay at Good Sam. Diana attended to my daily needs, no matter how BIG or small. This made my hospital stay not just tolerable but as pleasurable as could be.
Some examples of what she did for me: When I was having trouble with my bowel movement, she physically assisted me, but in a very gentle manner. She pre-ordered my meals without me having to call them in myself. She always kept me informed of the latest news surrounding my care/recovery. She went out of her way to bring me small things I needed such as a food tray and hand lotion. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after pushing the call button.
