My parents have received care multiple times at the hospital and we had developed a relationship with Diana. Whenever she was working, and they were in her care, we knew my parents were in good hands. Sadly, my parents have passed, but I will forever be grateful for the care provided, and empathy and compassion that Diana showed to us all. She is a very special person and a great nurse.
