Every person on the medical staff during my stay has been nice and wonderful. However, when Diana was my nurse, I have seen what a genuine person she is. She is very compassionate, helpful, courteous, caring, and has an excellent bedside manner.
I can see that she enjoys her job and does the best she can to make her patients comfortable. I was nervous and had anxiety, as I lost my husband to cancer not long ago. Diana comforted me, and when I had a question she explained the answer to me. If she didn't know, she found out. I had a procedure that needed to be done and I wasn't sure if it was going to be done today or tomorrow. I cannot eat if having the procedure within 12 hours. I was hungry and she found out when I was having the procedure, so I could eat if it wasn't for another day. She got a hold of the right department to help me.
I had an issue with a medication I wasn't getting but should have been getting. In no time, she got to the bottom of it. My meds were always on time. She was so gentle when doing things. I've never had a nurse so dedicated to her job and who truly cared about her patients. I wish she was my nurse every day. She took care of me like I would take care of my own mother and I want you to know she makes a difference to the hospital. Wonderful nurse!
