Diana was filling in the ER the day my husband came in for dehydration after 2 days of nausea and vomiting. She usually works in Infusion, so she was very gentle with getting the IV started on her first try to my husband's dehydrated veins. She was also very proactive to see that he was improving and approached the doctor about adding meds to the IV for his nausea and pain. A lot of nurses would have just followed the original orders, administer the IV, and send us on our way. Diana was so proactive in trying to see that my husband's condition was improving before we left, and she was compassionate and caring.
