My wife was admitted to Banner Del Webb. She had been battling pancreatic cancer for almost two years. On her second day she was moved to a room and after 1 night we were told she was moving to a two-person room on a different floor. I went to the nurse's station and met this nurse and explained our concerns. She said she would look into it. That evening, this same nurse told us she would not be moved. Over the next 10 -12 days this nurse cared for my wife directly for half of that time. This RN was caring, compassionate, and professional. When we began to notice other nurses seeking guidance from her, we realized she was the lead nurse on the floor. We were very grateful for the amazing care given to my wife. When this nurse took care of her, we knew it was the best care she could receive. When other nurses took care of her, we could see this nurse’s influence. My wife was very appreciative and knew if she had problems that, this nurse would do everything she could to fix that problem. This nurse is a true professional and a credit to her profession and to Banner Del E. Webb.

My wife passed away since, but she and her family knew she was well cared for and comfortable at Del E. Webb. We will always be grateful!
