Diana Spates, RN

Diana provides us all the cardiac rehab main components: medical evaluation, physical activity, and gives us life style changes we need to make. She also provided us pamphlets on education about heart issues. When we arrive Diana always makes us feel special with a beautiful smile. She is always checking on us and is always available when anyone needs help. She stands for everything this award is for: compassion, extraordinary care, and an obvious love for her job.
