My husband was in for a procedure, and Diana took such wonderful care of both of us.  She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor.

Diana went over instructions for both my husband and me.  She was extremely pleasant and kept checking in if there was something we needed.  Diana went the extra mile, but not really; I believe that is just who she is. Given the situation, she made it a very pleasant and comfortable experience.  She is amazing.
