I had to inform Diana that I had already been through all of the pre-op blood tests via my doctor's office. She had nothing in her system, so she called my doctor. They were going to fax it over. She was very patient in waiting for 25 pages to be sent over (1 page every minute!!!) While we waited, she was very kind and personable in getting everything else done and kept apologizing to me. It certainly wasn't her fault for this problem.....more of my doctor's office's problem! Again, another nurse kept thanking me for being so kind and patient. This makes me believe that nurses are just not getting thanked enough and are being treated way too poorly by the public. She was so kind, treated me with respect, and got everything done as quickly as she could, even with the delay we had from my doctor's office!
