Diana takes babies that will be here long term. She develops a trust with the parents and they fall in love with her and want her to care for their infant exclusively. They all still stay in touch with her by sending pictures and coming by the unit to show her how their infants have grown. She also makes beautiful bereavement boxes for infants that pass away.

She is a phenomenal preceptor. A cheerleader for her new orientees.She is a great teacher.Teaching Breastfeeding Bootcamp every week with enthusiasm. One of the Moms taking the class said the class was so good she had to hurry out to go to the bathroom and get back before she missed something. She is a Leader of committees and keeps us in check with audits. She is in Charge often and does well in this role.
