Diandra Gatian, RN

Diandra isn't a PICU nurse, she isn't a critical care nurse, but when floated to our unit as helping hands, she jumped right in to help. Not only did she help us move intubated patients, give medications, hang emergency blood products, and grab a million supplies, but she also took the time to care for our staff to check on everyone. She offered help when appropriate and grab snacks when no one had eaten. Diandra might not be a PICU nurse, but we couldn't have done it without her.
