After attending a Critical Care conference, Diane was determined to do something to improve patient care. Diane then identified a product and protocol that she did extensive research on to find evidence of improved patient care. Over the past several months she has worked deligently to coordinate an evaluation, re-wrote policies, and attended numerous meetings, all on her own time. By her actions she has improved patient outcomes for our patients.
