When I came onto the unit Diane greeted me at the ER and made me feel comfortable. She was very understanding at a very difficult time for me. She was like a modern-day Mother Teresa. Everyone on the unit was devoted and caring, they made my stay so much easier. She also assessed the need for a procedure and did it twice skillfully.
